Back 2 Basics sessions are new for Visug. In these sessions, we address a topic common to most of us. A topic we encounter in daily development routines. A topic that we however don't master entirely.

Caching your pages and your data can be the link in achieving a performant application. ASP.NET 2.0 gives you a lot of options to choose from when it comes to caching.
Performance is vital in a web application. No user wants to wait endlessly while your ASP.NET application is loading. Adding more performant servers is not necessary if you build on the foundations that ASP.NET has to offer.

Apart from caching, we'll also take a look at the options we have to manage state in ASP.NET.
