Announcing Visug XL

We'll be honest: we had imagined the second edition of Visug XL to be bigger and bolder than last year. But... as we all know, things have changed since we all met at Visug XL 2019. No worries though, as we are preparing for the Virtual Edition of Visug XL. Mark October 29 already in your agenda as we'll be running a virtual conference. And you're invited!

Registration

We will be running Visug XL through a conference platform called PINE, which will open on October 1. After registration (and thus after October 1), you'll get a unique personal account.

Let us in the meantime already make you familiar with PINE.

Main features of Visug XL

Navigating around Visug XL is easy from the main menu. Here is a quick description of what you will find:

    ​Event Chat​: Connect in this chat with all the other Visug XL attendees

    ​Random Networking​: join our Random Networking and experience random conversations among the other attendees, just like you would have a random conversation when attending a conference in-person


Virtual booths and sponsor logo's

All our partners get the opportunity to have their sponsor logo's displayed in the conference platform. 
One of the other benefits for our partners, is the virtual booth. It offers a unique way to present yourself. You can go live and talk to our audience! You can add live or prerecorded videos or external YouTube or Twitch videos. 

Brand your virtual booth with:
  • Your logo and a short description
  • Social media channels and handouts (decks and brochures to download)
  • Your media and video materials: banners (jpeg or png) and videos (mp4)
  • A public chat with notifications
  • Lead Access info where you can see all your past and current booth visitors
The virtual booth also allows you and your team to go live and talk to your audience. Imagine getting together with your colleagues on your Visug booth for a coffee or a well-deserved end-of-the-day beer. Sounds familiar and feels a bit nostalgic? The virtual booth makes it possible while respecting social distancing guidelines.
